Packs

Packs include one floor-plan level. Extra levels are A$79 each. Prices are in Australian dollars. No GST is charged; Open Home Studio isn't registered for GST.

Each Order button opens an email to us with the item in the subject line. We email an invoice after you approve watermarked proofs, and new customers pay before we release the final files. Secure card payment via a Stripe payment link or invoice.

05 Honest by design: our AI and accuracy promise

We use AI, and we say so.

Open Home Studio is run with the help of AI. Our 3D plans are built with our own software from your floor plan. Photo edits are made with third-party AI image tools. Our emails are written by an AI assistant. We'll never pretend to be a person.

What we will never do

  • change a property's structure, layout or room sizes
  • remove or hide permanent features or defects: power poles, wires, trees, cracks, stains, damp, neighbouring buildings
  • add features that aren't there: pools, lawns, views, light fittings, renovations
  • stage a room as something it isn't (a study as a bedroom)
  • add measurements that aren't on your original plan

What you always get

Every image is compared against the original and checked against our written quality checklist before it's sent. If anything slips through, tell us before the listing goes live and we'll fix or withdraw it at no charge.

You decide how the images are published, and you're responsible for disclosure in your ads. We'll make that easy. Domain asks for images that are current and unembellished, so check with your Domain account manager before uploading staged or twilight images there.

Straight answers.

Am I talking to a person?

You're dealing with a small studio that uses AI tools, including AI assistants for email. We'll always tell you straight if you ask.

Do you need to visit the property?

No. We work only from the photos and floor plan already on your listing, or files you send us. No site visits and no reshoots.

Are the examples on this site real properties?

No. Every example photo on this site is AI-generated and labelled AI-generated example – not a real property. The 3D demo is built from a public-domain sample plan.

Who owns the photos?

Usually the photographer, with your agency holding a licence. Before we edit photos for a paid job, we ask you to confirm you're allowed to have them edited. We're happy to credit the photographer. We never use your photos or our edits of them in our own marketing without written permission from you and the photographer.

Where do my photos go?

3D plans and reels are made on our own systems. For photo edits, and only after you opt in, your photos are sent to our AI provider, fal.ai (USA), which passes them to Google's image model. They're processed outside Australia. We set things up so these services keep as little as possible for as short a time as possible. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

Can I use the edits on realestate.com.au and Domain?

realestate.com.au allows AI-edited images if they're not misleading and the AI use is clearly disclosed on or next to the image. That's what our corner-mark version is for. Domain asks for current and unembellished images, so check with them first. You're responsible for how the images appear in your ads.

How fast is it?

Free samples: we aim to send your sample within one Sydney business day. Paid work: usually by the next business day after we have your files, go-ahead and (for new customers) payment. Tell us your needed by date and we'll say up front if we can't make it.

What if I don't like it?

Two rounds of changes are included. If we got something wrong, we fix it for free. If we can't fix it, you get your money back for that item.

How do I pay?

We email an invoice after you approve watermarked proofs. Secure card payment via a Stripe payment link or invoice. New customers pay before we release the final files.

Is the property tenanted?

Tell us. In NSW, agents need a tenant's written consent before publishing photos showing their belongings. For tenanted homes we usually suggest starting with the 3D floor plan.

Can you remove the power pole, the crack or the neighbour's house?

No. Removing permanent features or defects can mislead buyers, and we won't do it.
